We use a four step floor cleaning process to get your tile and grout looking in optimal conditions.
- First we apply an appropiate cleaner which can be Alkaline, Acidic or PH Neutral based tile cleaner to remove as much oil and grease as possible.
- Then the entire floor surface is scrubbed with our floor machine, or with our high pressure tile and grout cleaning system depending on the condition of your floor.
- We then extract all the dirty water and chemicals and rinse your floor clean.
- After the floor is dried, a grout sealer is applied to protect your investment, and will make future cleanings as easy as possible. Results can be seen instantly!
Grout Re-Coloring
Coloring grout is the process of applying a colored acrylic epoxy coating to an existing sanded grout joint. This process will not only restore your grout joints to a beautiful appearance but it will also seal your grout joints better than any grout sealing product on the market. There are many colors to choose from to match any decor of your home. Once this process is done, with simple cleaning instructions your grout joints will have a seal that will last for many years. Your grout joints will never fade, stain and maintenance will be a snap.
Regrouting
Tile regrouting is the process of removing the existing grout from your tile and replacing it with new grout to improve and enhance the look of your tile. There are many reasons why you may want to regrout your tile.
